Rules for staying with pets at Nájera Rooms

  1. Pets welcome

Pets are permitted only upon prior request and subject to express confirmation by the accommodation provider.

A maximum of two pets per apartment. There is a supplement of €12 for the second pet for bookings of up to two nights. Each additional night costs €6.

  1. Documentation and health

The pet must be properly identified (microchipped) and have up-to-date vaccinations.

The owner undertakes to ensure that the animal is in good health, free from parasites and free from contagious diseases.

  1. Behaviour and supervision

The pet must not be left alone in the flat without supervision.

Constant barking and behaviour that disturbs other guests or neighbours is not permitted.

Rules for staying with pets at Nájera Rooms

In the event of aggressive behaviour or repeated disturbances, the accommodation provider may cancel your stay without entitlement to a refund.

  1. Use of the facilities

Pets must always be kept on a lead in communal areas.

Pets are not permitted in communal areas such as the swimming pool, children’s play areas or other areas specified by the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or furniture.

  1. Cleanliness and responsibility

The owner is responsible for picking up pet waste and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the flat.

The guest will be liable for any damage caused by their pet, and the cost may be deducted from the security deposit or charged as an additional fee.

  1. Acceptance of standards

Booking with a pet implies full acceptance of these rules.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the accommodation without entitlement to a refund.
